Terrible first show for Romesh

I am usually a fan of the BBC's Radio 2 and enjoy listening to the various presenters and show formats.

The only time that I have recently switched to another program was when the hour long Hip-Hop program was on from 11pm. Just not my taste.

However this morning listening to the first Romesh Ranganathan show was tortuous. If you took an Ed Sheeran loop machine and repeated the words "I" and "Me" for two hours that sort of sums it up.

The worst aspect of this lowest level of BBC quality was when Romesh introduced fellow standup comedian colleague Rob Becket and they proceeded to trash the traffic news which poor "Sally Traffic (aka Sally Boazman)" was obviously forced to endure.

Sorry BBC but traffic information is almost crucial to people journeying around our country on a Saturday morning and this totally puerile interruption should lead to consequences.

Actually in his defence Romesh did say: "I felt that Rob was completely out of line. Can I got on record for saying that".

Unfortunately it can't be undone. So anyone needing to know if it was the A35 that was blocked in all directions or some other road may never know.
